  3. Assessment of your current situation: By taking a thorough inventory of your current eating and lifestyle habits, we gain a clear picture of your current situation.

We are happy to explain the basics of nutrition to you. We focus in particular on the role of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). We are sure that with this sound understanding you can ensure your success with the change in diet.
