Does nutritional counselling work for me or only for disciplined people?

It works if it fits into your everyday life. That's why we start with an analysis of your current situation and build on that step by step. Not with perfection, but with a plan that you can realistically implement.

No. The goal is to make it part of your everyday life: simple solutions that you can implement with normal shopping. If cooking is not a priority for you at the moment, we will plan accordingly so that you still get structure and results.

No. Our principle is clear: no strict rules or sacrifices. You learn how much, when and what suits you, rather than banning things across the board. 

No. We work with a 10–14-day food diary, evaluation and a personalised nutrition plan, including your optimal diet.

Yes. Counselling is only effective if you can be honest without feeling pressured. Together, we look at the status quo, not to judge, but to understand and improve. (That's exactly what the log is for.)

Because you are not buying «a PDF», but a process: analysis, plan, implementation and support for at least 2 months, including adjustments and completion, so that it remains sustainable. For most people, this saves money and nerves in the long term compared to constant trial and error.

There are adjustments, of course. We support you during implementation, work with check-ins (+1 month, +2 months) and optimise the plan if everyday life turns out differently than expected.

Sometimes these factors play a role – but often in combination with sleep, stress, routine and eating patterns. Important: We don't just look at ‘calories’, but at your overall situation and use this to create a plan that you can really live with. (If medical clarification is necessary, it makes sense to do this at the same time.)
